When you complete the questionnaire or move into a paid review, you may be sharing operational and financial business information. This page explains what is collected, where it is stored, who can access it, and how long it is kept.

How Your Information Is Used

Assessment and recommendations

Assessment responses are used to understand your current setup, identify likely issues, and prepare recommendations, pricing ranges, or next-step options.

Client onboarding and document collection

If you move forward, your information may be used to create a client workspace, request documents, schedule meetings, and prepare your roadmap or service agreement.

Service delivery and internal operations

Information may also be used internally to track project status, keep records organized, and maintain consistent service delivery.

Not for sale

Your data is not sold, rented, or shared for unrelated marketing use.

Storage Platforms

Assessment submissions and internal tracking data may be stored in Microsoft 365 tools used for intake and workflow management.

Client workspaces and uploaded files may be stored in either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, depending on the client’s chosen platform.

Client Workspace Access

Each client is assigned a separate shared workspace. Access is granted to named users only, using the client email address provided during onboarding.

Workspace links may require sign-in through Microsoft or Google, depending on the selected platform. Anonymous public access is not the default.

Security, Access, and Retention

Access to assessment data and client materials is limited to the people needed to perform the work. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including platform-level access controls and account security features.

Assessment and project records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for intake, service delivery, recordkeeping, and follow-up. Access to shared workspaces can be revoked when work ends or upon request, subject to any legal or recordkeeping obligations.

If you want your data or workspace access removed sooner, contact me directly and I will review the request against any active project or retention requirement.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic sources, page visits, and form activity. This helps understand where visitors come from and which parts of the site are being used.

Analytics data is used for site improvement and reporting. It is not used to sell personal data.

Software and AI Disclosure

Software recommendations on this site are planning guidance only unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Some site content may be drafted or refined with AI assistance, but client-facing decisions, recommendations, and service delivery remain human-reviewed.

Your Rights

  • You may request access to the information I hold about you
  • You may request corrections to inaccurate information
  • You may request deletion of information, subject to any active engagement or recordkeeping obligation
  • Client workspace access can be reviewed, changed, or revoked when needed
